water leak

hi guys,just wondering if anybody can help me.i own a 2003 leon cupra and seem to have a leak,the rear passenger footwell is collecting water.had a good look round but no obvious sign of where it's coming in.anybody experienced this before?

hi im havin the same problem on my leon 53reg rear passenger footwell carpet wet ,can any1 help as my is car startin 2 smell fusty..

Most likely it`s the inner door sealant that has deteriorated and its dropping water onto the sills till it spills into the car.
Either that or the pollen filter inst installed correctly, but I`ll bet its the door seals.

Do a search for leaking door seals or similar and all will become clear.

I did the DIY job on mine before last winter and they still hold up ok, all thats needed is waterproof silicone and a screwdriver or 2.
