Well. It would certainly make it easier :).

But more importantly, not necessary. At least, this is what I have found. Maybe others can confirm.

Anybody thats fitted their own any tips for releasing the bolts in the arch on the rear topmounts without a impact or airgun?? No chance getting the leverage with a wrench and my wheel brace wont access it either

I myself have problems with the front axle bolts. Gonna have to buy a 12 point 27mm socket to get them of. There should be a kit with a 12 point 27mm socket, 12 point 14mm male socket and a strout spreader.

I may just leave them off somewhere for the sake of 60-80 quid, iv always done my honda coilovers but these vag setups are even more of a ballache

As Cupra R has already said, the Bilsteins are really easy to adjust. Bound/rebound settings are easy to do just by laying on the floor and ride height is simple once wheels off (which again is simple too!) ;)
I raised the rear end of my motor yesterday and it only took me approx 20mins! :D

Another alignment required then matey. In time for Blytie.

Shame I can't make it. Have a goodun.

now I have Bilstein B16 PSS10 and I'm little disapointed.. before I had H&R and now I can't see real difference... And I also changed front and rear ARB with them. I have to play with settings..
