To make things simple i have just tested my build.
Spec is,
AUQ,running std management but with;
Unknown spec AUQ ECU
K04 022 turbo
K04 larger injectors
2.5" turbo back exhaust with no cat,
K04 tip but i fitted a std 2.75" MAF (for now)
FMI with 2.5" pipes
I don't have VAGCOM so i used a VAG 5053 scanner to measure the blocks whilst a m8 drove it.
Boost gauge spiked high but settled at about 1.3 bar (sometimes 1.1 though)
I got a peak of about 184 G/S in 4th gear which i thought was around 220 bhp (bum dyno agrees its in that area)
If its a chipped ecu and the boost suggests it is,its a pretty poor result really.
I understand that nothing is matched and i need a custom remap (with a 3" MAF) and i will get one when i can.
Anyone got any thoughts on the above or what else i can log when i test it again?
I don't understand M/BAR but i can read then on the scanner.
Anything else i can do? i want about 40 or 50 bhp more than i've got,will another remap be able to do that do you think?
