What does removing the silencer void on the warranty

Just wondering what voids the warranty when removing the mid silencer because I brought the car 4 months ago from seat and I have 1 years warranty

Hi mate,

I'd like an answer to that question too! I asked one of the Lookers mechanics if a remap/tuning box would void the warranty, and he said that if a part/change you have made has caused something to fail, then your warranty will be void.

Obviously the specifics of what you can/can't do are down to debate and which garage you go to I suppose.

Also, I'm certain you will have more than 1 year left on your warranty?

If you buy used from a dealership it comes with 1 year warranty.

I'm not sure but I imagine your warranty would be void.
