Got a problem with my car only boosting to 5psi when previous was 10psi (cupra r ecu) mate did a quick check on vag com and came up with this?

Any help would be great thanks, i need some boost back!

This means you are supposeld yusing some crappy 3rd party interface that doesn't work as "advertised" or you are having some issues with your notebook (which would include usb<>serial converters).

Yeah he has a sh1t cable that doesn't work as a usb properly, but saved me paying out for a diagnostics at a garage.

Would a remap over come this problem at all? Have no idea so just a thought before i try and hunt down a new ecu!

i would do a full reset mate and clear the fault, ive seen it a few times with revo, and with a stock ecu which was knackered.

that wouldnt cause 5psi tho, u sure the n75 is plugged in the right way round etc?

Have just left the ecu unplugged over night so as soon as i finish work will take it for a spin and see the N75 hasn't been unplugged other than to change the tip but it was doing this before i swapped that over anyway.

May try and borrow a N75 and see if that makes any difference but no faults showing?
