Hi Guys! :)

- i've fitted some Brembo Z18 brakes to my Mk1 Cupra R, and im going to buy some OZ Ultraleggera wheels in 19 inch.

What ET do i need for that?

- The cars runs with original Cupra R wheels, that is ET38 - 8" - 18" and with those i need 10mm spacer for the rims to clear the Z18 brakes.

- So! My problem is, what ET do i need the Ultraleggera rims in, to clear the brakes? Really hope someone can help me, since i know nothing about ET and etc.

Thanks! :D

I would suggest you use google and read up about wheel offset, helped me when I fitted boxster calipers to my FR :D

I have tried! :) But was just to be sure, tho i don't know what is the correct ET to clear the calipers :)

My Cupra R has standard 4 piston brembo calipers, and the new ones are quite bigger than just those small 4 piston :)

The 6 piston calipers are from a Porsche Cayenne, not that it makes any difference in the problem :)

At et38 with 10mm spacer you would want a ET28 , - Et to move wheel out + ET to move wheel in ,

Middle of wheel is ET0 , and it's the hub face On the wheel to centre of wheel it's relating to ,

So if you stayed with 8" wide ET28 , you've then moved the wheel face in 10mm ( eliminating spacer )thus moving wheel out 10mm which the spacer used to do if you are changing width of wheel post up and I'll work it out

Thank you so much! :D

My plan was to run 19x8 or 19x8.5 depends on what the supplier can get!

What discs did you use for the z18s ? R32?

Yeah i got a setup with spacers/adapters to fit directly on 334mm discs :) Fitting took 30-45mins to remove the old 4 piston and 323mm discs to the 334mm and 6 piston :) Really easy to work with and great performance from the calipers!
