I get about 28mpg and 300-315 to a tank of Tesco 99ron (£55) - but I don't really care about the fuel costs! If I did then I get a Diesel or a crappy 1ltr...

We stick £70 a week in the wife's Kia Sedonna 2.9 diesel and get 300 if we are lucky - now thats crappy around town mpg!

I get 28-30 around Town.
The Mrs must get 20 as I swear she wears deep sea divers boots but she doesnt know what a petrol pump is or even where the filler cap is!!!!!!! :censored:

My LC is about average compared to everyone. 26 - 32 depending on when I look throughout my journey!

I did see 38 once... Can't believe for a minute that was accurate!!

I do that, get all excited that I am in for a 400 mile tank and then the gauge perrrrrrrrrlummets after 1/4 of a tank!!!

I usually get about 330 - 350 to a tank of Shell V or Tesco 98.

I get 25mpg.
Use E5 99.5 octane fuel with custom map.
Usually 250 by red light time. I gauge my progress by 115 miles after needle leave the 3/4 mark, 155 half way mark and 225 after 1/4 mark.
Tend to drive by that - should really ignore it completely. Dont drive it hard much either.

I make about 30 on ave. Seen 39 on the airport run. My LC being standard in the engine dept...

Not sure, havent filled it up for some while now

If you're not filling it up each time, how do you know how much fuel you've used against the mileage covered, in order to calculate it with any accuracy, or do you calculate it down to when the warning light comes on?

Personally I get around 30mpg driving economically mainly on B roads and country lanes, below 25 if Im a little more enthusiastic.

how many miles do you get to a tankful?

dont normally put a tankful in , but i did so i can get an accurate mileage and got 350, average miles per gallon was just over 34, again impressed, think alot has to do with the fact how i have changed my driving,

Where i used to go everwhere about 80, now go at 60, realised it doesnt get you to you destination that much quicker, most of my journeys are on B and A roads and i used to be one of those that would fly along ovetaking etc ( i was using lots of petrol then, high 200's/ low 300's) but when you get to a junction and sit there waiting, the person you over took a few minutes, is now parked up behind you ! DOH,

Dont get me wrong i do like a bit of the heavy right foot, but it is sometimes rather than all the time now

I average 31 mpg according to that calculator. Most of my driving is done on busy dual carriageways so not bad considering

Wow I have never seen my computer read more than 43 mpg, I assume you meet very little traffic and in sixth for most of your journey at 60mph.
The most I have gotten out of a tank is 425 your would be high 475 maybe a little more

i just got a calculation of 22.73 mpg that cant be right? thats covering 50 miles using 10 litres well ten pounds anybody else getting the same sort of figure i got a lc+remap+intake+ss exhaust and the petrols meant to be going up very scary :help: i am currently paying 1.07 per litres in leeds anybody beat that?

150 Cupra TDI

Depends how I drive it. Over 50 litres I got 45.5 mpg average, that was consisting of town and country driving invluding coventry, leicster and coaville.
