What model of dump valve is this??????

Recently bought my cupra r, it's got this forge dump valve fitted but no noise or anything comes from it... maybe thinking it needs a service?

Recirculation valve. You should hear a whoosh but nothing like the sound of dump valve, which these engines don't use.
