just out of curiosity how could you get a Cupra R 225 over 300BHP without having to spend an arm and a leg and still have a fairly good reliability?

got 4k spare.......thats just for the tubby and parts, without the FMIC etc :cartman:

no such thing as "cheap" power

EDIT: Jonnyjonjon - SNAP on the sig :D

SOme say you could go hybrid and get 300bhp.
Speak to TurboDynamics for Hybri work.
If you do most of the work youself, you could manage Hybrid with a map and a FMIC and ~300bhp for £1700.

well i could do most of the work myself so interesting!!!!

how much power can you safely put through the bottom end then just out of curiosity?

i wouldny want to take it anywear near 350 with standard internals. 300 max. then start to uprate internals.

hybrid and a good set up with intercooler, exhaust, downpipe, sports cat, filter, etc etc! and you may see close to 300 with a hybrid and a good map. but dont think you would see much more than 290-300.

to get over that big turbo kits cost a fortune when you have added it all up for internal work have a look on Backdraft's website.
