Whats the best dump valve to get?

Im a New member and ive just got a red 2005 LCR 225 and i want to do some minor mods. Looking for the best dump valve's and induction kits to get. I heard Miltek do the best exhausts, but not sure on anything else. Can anybody help me???? Cheers

Personnaly go for a forge dv 007p

If you want some noise off the valve then get a Forge Split-R but bear in mind it will take time for you to setup.

other cheap and cheerful mods, dog bone mounts, scoda fabia rear wiper, aero wipers, de-badging
