Hi guys, just curious as it states it takes 10 seconds or so on autotrader but it seems to be less than that, does anyone know how long it takes 0 to 60?

Hey there. From my own experience as well as searching up various sources online, it is estimated that it takes roughly 9.8-10 seconds. (This will vary depending on how many passengers/how full the boot of your car is ofc.)

Owning a 1.2 TSI and the engine feeling slightly quicker than the figures suggest I would say mid to low 9s for 0-60 easily. 1.2 TSi are often known for pumping out nearer to 120-125 Bhp and 185nm torque. Other than bore, stroke, and turbo impeller being a mm smaller it is the same engine as the 1.4 125 and extremely close performance wise after having driven both.

When i tested it in mine, with 2 passengers in, neither of us are light, it was 9.9 seconds using a proper app so imagine the lighter MK3 may be even quicker. Was quite impressed though considering my old 200bhp remapped Astra 2.0CDTi only did it a second faster!
