Unfortunately you can't reject the car now, seing as youv'e had it longer than the cooling off period. However, you think they would be able to knock heads together and sort out the problem. Must be steering rack related problem. Lets hope they finally sort it out for you. Just reject to take it back until they have resolved it.

I dont actually think thats correct mate.

he has given them ample time and oppertunity to fix the original fault.
i think as long as the original fault is actually inside the original cooling off period he should be fine.

I reported the fault DAY1. They've actually had the car on about 5 occasions. 2 of which they've damaged it, and the last time was for nearly a month!

They've basically had since May 31st to sort it, and they haven't. Reckon i'm ok on the "cooling off period" situation,as they keep on failing to fix it!

Ive misread how long he had the car. I thought he had said he'd had it for 9 weeks then the car went in to the stealers. Didnt realise he had it 9 weeks total.

Then i would reject it if they cannot fix the problem.

Take your business elsewhere if I were you.

UPDATE!

Spoke to the Franchise owner yesterday. He tried to fob me off. After hours of arguing, he eventually made me an offer to buy the car back (as it was on PCP). I rejected his offer and we argued some moe.

In the end he gave in a bit and gave me £1000 more than the original offer. Im still out of pocket, but im glad its all over.

I can honestly say that HORTONS SEAT in Lincolnshire is the biggest mickey mouse operation out there.

Avoid at all costs!

mine also does this around 85, all wheels have been balanced and re-balanced and still does it. Think it may be a buckled wheel

mines is the exact same , but its only since i put 18 " alloys on , it was fine when i had the standerd alloys on ??
