When installing a K03s , do I really need to remove the manifold?

I have read the guide but I am unsure why the manifold needs to be taken off ?

If someone did it successfully by removing the Mani, then why question it?

to pull the turbo out thought the top! and it helps to disconnect and connect water and oil pipes! its not hard to get of so id say get on with it!

havent done it on my ibiza but changed the turbo on my a3 and removed it through the top without removing the manifold. although i think its a bit tighter in the beeza bay.

It is. It will catch on the silver foil looking fire wall.

As said take the manni off else you have proper difficulties with the fluid lines as well.

why do you say that? the manni we have is perfectly fine for a K03s transformation...

I know, thats why I said personally, changing to a mani that flows better would never hurt thou...
