Where can I get anthracite paint from?

Looking so change the colour of my wheels and I was wondering where I can get anthracite paint from??

never did it in the end, still one of my long list of things to do

I'd try a proper paint specialist if i were you, halfords couldn't mix milk in tea!
Try searching on google for somewhere in your area, it will probably still be cheap as chips!
