I have custom intercooler pipes which I have to use for my FMIC, so I am relocating the D/V close to the TB.
I need the connector pipe/flange things (I really dont know what they are called!) which I can weld onto my Alluminium pipe so the D/V will fit on to it.

I dont need this pipe nomore so I could chop off the connectors and use them but would rather get them from somewhere if possible.

SIlly question I know  but im lost!

Many thanks in advance!!

the smaller one feeds your N75 valve and the larger would feed the DV but if your relocating that to cold side near throttle then its redundant.
you need to keep a feed to the N75 from the turbo outlet

Thanks Bill I'll make the N75 hole near the turbo and the D/V one after the intercooler, but where can I get the connectors from to weld onto the pipes? should I just cut the ones from the TT pipe?

i cut the ones of my original charge pipe and had them welded to my new one when my pipe work was made up

you could try local metal suppliers and look for off cuts that would suit also

The TT Charge pipe is stainless, so you'll not weld them to ally. Bloody thin stainless as well.

You just need a short length of 25mm ally tube for the DV and a either a short piec of x mm (can't remember what size), or a 1/6" or 3/8" hose tail for the N75. Not sure if you can get ally hose tails. Or get something turned up.

You don't REALLY need the swages on the end for hoses that size, just a good quality hose clamps (especially the small one - a good fit and not too tight).

...or get a hose connector of the right size from forge and cut it and fit it...

Edit: OR get an alloy "T" from Forge the right size?

Edit2: Ohhh, look. Forge do ally mandrel bends now...
