where is the diagnostic port on the new ibiza?

Hi everyone! Can somebody help by telling me where the diagnostic port for the new ibiza is? Sorry, but i am a total newbie to the concept of Vag-Com..

Is so it's behind the drop down cubby hole next to the steering wheel. Not sure if it's the same on LHD cars though...

yup, just pull the storage drawer, out, it will be behind there mate,

Yup that's the one. It should come out if you push the clips down at the top and it should drop down.

I have just connected the KKL OBD II cable to the ibiza and i have a problem!! When running the Vag-Com program i get a FAST-SYNC: NO message. Is there a way round to the prob or am i using the wrong cable? I mean, is KKL OBD II compatible with my new ibiza? The com port status is ok and the interface status also ok in the test i run via Vag-com options.

If it communicates with the car, you can ignore that.

FWIW, a "KKL" interface should work with version 409.1.
