im about to order my new fr tdi, the spec i want is:

emotion red fr tdi with leather, cruise and anti dazzle mirror

deals so far are

virgin cars: (pre reg, del miles) 16.196 otr but i reckon i can get another 200 of that price. they include an after sales package which gets discounted services, parts etc

seat dealer in birmingham 16450 brand new , del miles etc with me being the first owner with a set of mats and a full tank of fuel

or a demo car with under two k on the clock and is nearly 3 month old. fr tdi in black with leather, the cupra r style exhaust and 19" rims?????(235 35 19) they want 16k.

tins are 16282

micronet are 15900 not sure they are pre reg or not?

ive heard stories about all the dealers im lookin at but does this really matter as far buying the car goes? do you have to return to the dealer for any paticular reason or can you just get warrenty and service work done at any dealer anywhere?

I just got the same spec car you're after from micronet for £15,850. No complaints! It was a factory order so took 16 weeks.
Micronet do get a lot of bad press and this made me nervous but all was well in the end.
Most of the bad press is about waiting times, as long as you are prepared for a longer wait than they specify then you'll be ok.
I was given a lead time of 6-8 weeks then 8-10 weeks, it turned out to be 16 weeks, so patience is required.

I have just started a thread in the dealers forum to ask about this site and whether anyone has bought from them. They appear to be full UK cars and NOT pre-registered.

Although I own a 02 LC, I am looking at a Octavia 2.0TDI Elegance Estate for the wife from them and they are almost £3K under list.

if i had to choose from the abov i would take the demo car, but ask it to be absoloutly spottless
