Hi i currently got the starfish alloys on my cupra 1.8t I was looking to change them.

I was looking for good quality ones 18inch black BBS are good but out my price, the team dynamics pro race 1.2 is ok but not sure are these easy to break r damage due to soft metal?

Advise needed?

Team dynamics are a little weaker than most wheels but it would still take a big hit to bend them. Know a number of people who use them on road cars and track cars without any issues.

The fact the 1.2 wheels are lightweight should make the car feel a little better on the steering wheel and look pretty decent too.

Or you could be daft like me and save up for some speedline wheels lol.

Err ............. stock starfish are speedline alloys . Its even cast on them . How about just painting them very well in black gloss with a speedline decal on one spoke and leaving the dust caps off.

I'm running pro race 1.2's on my LCR. Not had any problems with them to date and I've smacked some fairly hefty pot holes too.

Good advice I will look in to the pro race 1.2s in black would look nice on a silver car
