if i change my dials to the white 1's will they read my current milage or the milage that the dials are on?

Yeah they go on the clocks milage,
so they key is to buy a set that has simerlar miles to yours.
or youl have to swap them over with your old ones when required.

you can take the dials off the gti ones and fit them to the pcb off your ones and they will read corectly then
