Yepp, it can be adujusted for the amount of atmos/recirc you require.

But as we've found out, an open cone filter, and recirc dump valve also give the wooshy wooshy sound!

IMHO turbo stall isn't the same as turbo lag, stall would be where the turbo is stopped because of higher pressure being on the 'wrong' side of the turbo, effecitvely trying to turn it backwards, turbo lag is where because of the intertia of getting the turbo spinning up to its effective operating speed.

Stand a good chance of being wrong but that's my 2p
