Will a leon cupra k1 sport 6 speed gear knob fit a leon mk1?

i cannot upload the link, as it says i havnt done enough posts... but if you search SEAT LEON CUPRA SPORT K1 6 SPEED GEAR KNOB on ebay uk it'll bring it up,

Anybody know whether this will fit the MK1 leon?

Cheers for the reply guys! we'll i was gonna go to a dealer and get one, as looking on ebay i couldn't really find any other than that, but for the same price i can replace the knob, gaitor and surround for less

any suggestions for what to do next?

If deffo fits i put one on my LCR, bit fiddly but easily done

i think its a little to modern for a mk1 lc/lcr

prefer the lc/lcr stock one

Done it on mine, but aint got a photo to post and to dark out there .
Easy enough to do just dont be scared of the gaiter surround, just needs a bit of force for the clips to give in and then its up to you whether you use the plastic clip to hold the top of the gaiter or a cable tie.
I much prefer the look and feel of it but personal choice i suppose.

the metal clip wont work. one came with my gearknob but the mk2 leon is different to the mk1. the mk1 is straight where as the mk2 has a slant at the back
