Will facelift mk2 bumpers fit a pre facelift mk2?

does anyone know if the facelift mk2 bumpers will fit onto a pre facelift mk2 as mine are rather knackered and i want to make it look nice

yes, just need to trim the lower section of the front wings & remove the front 'bar'

Yeah i done it on my old car.. The front one fitter perfect and i need new brackets on the back but took me about 10mins

it is mate its real low aswell they are polo bumpers tho but they still look good!

its been a while but its the same as a mk2 golf, why didnt some VW's get a conventional ignition feed to the headunit ill never know. it will be something like get the yellow wire that should carry a 12v ignition live but doesnt and stick it into the constant ... well i have got spurs in my boots after all.

or go from the ignition live to the heater fan.
