As a sales manager myself, I know that customers are very quick to moan and groan, but very slow to compliment a dealer.

If you want a dealer that will look after you while your buying and after you've bought, I can highly recommend Willoughby's in Chilwell, the service I have recieved from Laura in sales and Joanne in service has been second to none.

They have helped me buy all my mods, get them fitted and sort out any issues that I've had with my Leon.

So good in fact that we've just bought our 3rd Seat from them.

Keep up the good work ladies.

There's no F in Quality..

See Lee, it's not just me that finds them both very nice ladies !!! ;)

Willoughby's diagnosed an oil leak for me the week before Christmas, had a good 10min chat with the Tech (nice chap in his late 40's I'd say), and then when I asked Joanne how much did I owe, she said "you can pay if you want, but if I were you I'd run...."

Customer Service is great I've found.

The only two downsides I've found with Willoughby's is their labour rates (higher than GK in Derby), and the serious lack of space in the 'carpark'/yard/compound..... I'm always very cautious leaving my car there, in fear of it being dinked :(

Have to agree with all of you there. We not got Seat dealer in newark and the one in Linclon was crap and now closed down. But everytime I been they have alway been happy and sorted my problems out. Only problem I have is it hour drive from me :-(

I am pleased to see some positive feedback about Willoughys service dept having read some bad reports also. Im awaiting delivery of my new Ibiza FR from them and have been trying to decide whether to take it there or to GK Derby. Ive used GK previously and had both good and bad experiences. As Willoughbys is slightly easier to get to I think I will give them a try, afterall if Im not happy I can always take it elsewhere.

Lol, you tell me first...actually I am paying RRP but got a very good deal on PX with my current FR, so although other places were offering it to me cheaper, they weren't giving me as much for mine...Newark, thats a fair was to travel then..you must be happy if you're prepared to come that far.

Have you ordered the white wheels? would love to see that, when is it arriving? I went for the black wheels in the end.

Do you know what their "attitude" is towards remaps?

Ah yes, I remember seeing the pictures when I did a search. Looks great. people think Im mad getting white in terms of keeping it clean, but I dont find it any worse than black tbh.
Hope you getting many happy miles out of your new car :)
