Window Regulator

Hey, my drivers window ballsed up a few months abo, and due to lazyness, i've never got round to fixing it. I started a thread at the time and tried a few things that were reccomended such as swapping the switches over.

Anywho, i've come to the conclusion that its the regulator thats ballsed. I thought i saw the pair on eBay for like £50 - £60, but I've recently been informed that, for the drivers side alone, i'd be looking at around £100.

So, a few questions:
a) how much would i be looking at paying
b) are they easy enough to fit myself?

Hey ive got a drivers side regulator if u wanna buy it, cost me £60. My motor had gone so i didnt need the regulator in the end.

They are ok to fit just a bit of a fiddle, got to take the glass out etc

Would be a lot easier to do with 2 people but i managed on my own.

cool. well i aint 100% checked. but yeah, i'll take it/ how much you wanting? if i need a motor, how much would that cost?

I got them both from a breakers, motor cost the same again. I remember seat wanted a price that made me laugh at them.

Make sure when u fit the regulator, put loads of grease on the cables and work it in for a bit.

Would want what i paid for it really?

well there aint a single breaker near me wi a beeza, hence i also laughed at teh dealers. they said i need a cable as it snapped (dunno how they know, i didnt let them look). anyway, they said i need to buy a motor as the cable comes with that, yet they gave me a price for cabel and a price for motor. asked y 2 prices if it comes as one, and he couldnt gi me a straight answer, so i just walked off!

They are cocks, i waited 5months for an interior door handle. They kept getting the wrong one. Gave me the same bull about the motor but they are 2 seperate units. The motor bolts onto the regulator.

Let me know and i can send u the regulator if u need it?
