My window motor has packed up. Any ideas where the best place is to buy one as all my local car factors will take about a month to get one. Any ideas would be greatfull.

Buy one from a dealer for 80 quid and then flog your runners without the motor on ebay to make some cash back.

Its rare that both the motor and runners to fail together and someones always looking for one or the other!

Ive just spoke to my local seat dealer. They want over 140 just for the motor. Have you got one in the past, if so which dealer did you get it from?

i have both window motors and runners for sale mate if your intrested as stripped my doors down and am going to fit polly carb windows, let me know if your still in need

yes will be as mk 2 and 3 doors are the same

Yeah mate, my drivers side went, actually pulled the cable outer casing through the guiders and just jammed up, i went to my dearlership (abbeydale road, sheffield) was about £90 and it came with whole new runners and motor, the job lot took about 4 days for em to get.
