Hi, a while since I posted!

I'm trying to replace the wipers on my Mk2 Leon S. Wiperblades.co.uk have these Bosch wipers and the picture of the arm fitting looks about right:

http://www.wiperblades.co.uk/seat-leon-years-2009-to-2012/bosch-a099s-aerotwin-wiper-blade/

However viewing the same wipers, A099S, on Amazon brings up a message that these do not fit the Leon 09-12! But none of the wipers it says will fit are 26".

Just to confuse things ABD list these blades but they have a different code!

http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/AP26U-Bosch-Aerotwin-Car-Specific-Multi-Clip-Single-Wiper-Blade-26.html

I'd like to get the Wiperblades.co.uk ones, can anyone confirm they're correct?

I would go for Valeo Silencio wipers, far superior to Bosch. I've just changed mine to Valeo and they are superb, no noise like the Bosch ones gave. Got mine from
Euro Car Parts for £27

You could also contact Dave @Sere for oem wiper blades, they aren't expensive and if they are anything like the set that were on my car they should last for years. My car had a set of oem wiper blades for around 5 years. I then replaced them with Bosch through the years and the quality isn't that great and they don't seem to last that long.
I have a set of oem wiper blades that I still need to fit

Yeah they'll fit mate.

Rear wiper can only use an old style blade due to the arm on the pre-fl. Only facelift have flat rears

Mister Autos are selling Valeo Silencio VM420s for £23 at the moment with an extra 15% off this price and £4 postage, which seems like a pretty sweet deal for those in need of new front wipers.

Ooo, that's cheap. I need a set too. Whilst I'm on there it suggests 2 models for the rear: VM261 and VM32. Any ideas which I need for a 2012 FR+? I also can't see the code for the extra 15% off.

I'm almost certain that your car will have the VM261 blade. Have a look at this thread, the original wiper arm is plastic and the wiper blade fits into the wiper arm, meaning the wiper blade is not visible when looking at the wiper arm. The newer model Leons/Ibizas have the wiper blade exposed.

If your car has the wiper arm that looks like this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/390486121926 then the VM261 should fit. as the SEAT oem wiper blade for the newer models is SEAT part# 3C9955425

Discount code is "SAVE15"

Cheers. I've just ordered front and rear inc delivery for £31. I was looking at the discount codes on the front page, I only just noticed the SAVE15 on the product pages. Ordered the VM261 as that does look like mine:

Belated thanks for the replies guys, been pretty busy with other stuff. In retrospect I should perhaps have gone for Valeos given the comments here but in the end I got the Bosch blades, decent price and I wasn't 100% sure about the fit of the others. Got the two fronts and a rear blade, less than £37 delivered.

The Bosch are OK so far, no noise, no smears, good to have new blades ahead of the autumn and winter anyway!
