This is a long shot but thought it was worth a try.

Can anyone tell me what colour wire at the headlight switch sends the signal to the side/headlights to turn them on?

I have fitted a small led in behind each of the door handles and want to wire them up to the side/headlights but Im struggling to find the correct wire at the switch, just hope I dont have to go towards the loom in the bay.

Any help is highly appreciated!

Right, consulted Haynes.
Grey/Green wire powers the lighting feed, including the number plate lights
Black/White wire powers the main beams via the headlight flash switch
Black/Grey wire powers the RH headlight/LH rear light
Grey/Red wire powers the LH headlight/RH rear light

So I'd say any of those 4 will do what you want.

Thanks that is a big help :D.

So I should get a feed from either of those wires and wont need to take it from right behind the headlight?
