Have you installed one before?

Finding the routing for power cable is the only really tricky bit, you'll need to locate a existing grommet that you can run the cable through.

Then the RCA's into the rear of the headunit along with the signal wire.

You'd be best off removing the rear seats and either one of the fronts depending on which side of the car you run the cables, for ease of installation.

Remember though, if you remove a front seat DO NOT turn the ignition on otherwise you will end up with an airbag warning light on on the dash, which will need an ODB reader or VagCOM to turn it off.

PLAN PLAN PLAN.

if you end up putting an amp ans sub in the boot you will likely then wish you had upgraded the fronts too.

so i would say take some time to consider if you might want to do this, then if so get a 4 channel bridgeable amp.
amp the two front, bridge the other 2 for the sub and leave rears running off the head unit. does mean more work though..

if possible, you also want to run the power wires and signal wires apart.
