Wiring in resistors for rear indicators for LED bulbs

Hi all, not being the strongest on wiring, can anyone tell which wires I splice into on the rear light wires so I can wire in the resistors for my rear indicator led's?

One wire goes to the indicator wire and the other to earth

Make up a tester with a bulb, or get a multimeter

Just done it for you

Black/white and brown

They are opposite ends of the connector.
