Would Mk4 Golf coilovers fit

Hi all my mate recently bought and fitted a set of coilovers on his 1.4 mk4 Golf but wants to change to a lowering spring for comfort, i have a set of boxed 35mm 1.8t mk4 springs and was wondering could i swap and fit the coilovers to my Leon ?

yes they do,leon is based on mk4 golf

As long your Leon isn't a Cupra R it should fit. As the Cupra R ARB links are attached differently.
