WTF??? Stealers price

The Pd160 intake is now like £49.40 and the adaptor is £13.09 according to my local dealer this cant be right surely?

they have looked at how many they are selling and they have jacked up the profit margin

I paid £80 for the intake adapter bit and the pannel filter delivered so that sounds right I'm afraid. Got mine from one of the sponsers on here.

There is a thread on Briskoda - SEAT aren't allowed to hike the price up appartently and you can complain to SEAT UK if they are charging more than £49.90 for the two.

Dealers aren't allowed to up the retail price, but SEAT can, and probably have!

In demand items become very expensive, I'm afraid. I should've kept this mod to myself lol!

I ordered the parts today from New Southgate Seat in north London. I was expecting the guy to say around 50 quid for the intake, had to check the etka screen myself when he said £21.17!

So it must be individual dealers that are bumping up the price and not Seat otherwise every dealer would be charging the same.
