I used DTD to buy my current 2.0 TDi Sport - got £2K off retail - a real simple yet awesome service.

Would definately use them again and have no trouble at all recommending them.

Is that £200 off the present drive the deal price or the one a couple weeks back that was £15472.27 for the TDI or 15044.42 for the TFSI petrol.

DOH  moment by me, never mind i reread it and see you paid £16K

I bought my metallic black TFSI via DTD for ~14,40. The dealer they hooked me up with were Seat Bromley (W. J. King). The dealers were dreadful, the car wasn't PDI'd although it was signed off in the manual, it was dirty, had the chocks still on the suspension (I drove 450 miles with it like this  ) and the onboard computer was still in delivery mode which caused several knock-on probs during its first trip to my local dealership.

Drive the Deal are excellent, this was my third purchase, but Seat Bromley (W. J. King) are a set of bandits - avoid.

I got mine from WJ King and everything was perfect. The car was very clean, service was friendly and I got a set of mats and a full tank of fuel too.

So a +1 from me for WJ King.

ID advise you to take youyr drivethedeal quate to a dealer and if they dont come close walk out and go somewhere else. There's usually more than one dealer for each manufacturer in your area.......I had two get within £300 of drivethedeal...

We bought our first Leon Cupra through 'Drive the deal' back in 2001, excellent service, UK supplied car through a UK dealer. We could have had the car delivered to our door free but elected to pick it up just in-case there were any problems. We shouldn't have worried the deal/pickup went through with out a hitch. No problems.
Highly recommended.

Anyone know if DTD take in part exchanges? Am looking to buy a TDI FR or a Ref Sport with BTCC kit and would prefer a part exchange, could always sell mine privately.

I'm pretty sure they don't. If they did I probably would have gone with them this time (I had my A4 to part exchange).
