No throttle response

2.0 tdi dsg. Approach a roundabout and enter straight on without stopping, then apply the accelerator on the exit and there's nothing as you put your foot back on. Lasts for up to a second, power then cuts in quickly. Happened more than once now, but intermittently.

Anyone else had this - and was any fault found?

Thanks John. I was in sport at the time, as the drag in drive is predictable when re-applying the gas, and the car generally feels better balanced in sport in such conditions. This event was quite distinct from transmission drag, as the engine speed did nothing when opening the throttle.

After a month of use since getting the car, I have noticed this more often.
Can be a little worrying at times on busy cut throat roundabouts in Leeds.
I think it would be fair to say that the clutch mechanism in the dsg needs some fine tuning, either in the hardware or software.
Perhaps its something to do with the dsg limiting and protecting itself, via the ecu map, from high torque which the 20 tdi seems to have in boot loads even at 1500 rpm. This would be less of a problem when in sport as the revs are higher
