Bonnet problems

Hi can anyone help me get my bonnet to open it wouldn't closed so I wiggle a wire and it closed but now it won't open I have tried pulling the plastic handle for the bonnet but nothing I need to get under the bonnet because my car battery has died my car is a seat ibiza 2006 tha k u to anyone that helps g

Usually works (if the control cable is still in place) - get someone to gently press the bonnet up and down at the front centre whilst trying to release from inside. Don't press too hard it can leave dents.
