As promised some more pictures. So first of is the high flow pump.
17007290962342089430776077877586.jpg
this is a genuine audi vw seat etc etc part. But with extensive testing by PRE they discovered the different flow rates form loads and loads of oil pumps.
17007291345651266159987813449417.jpg
I can't remember the rate but it's about 25% over standard 1.8t pumps. Plus brand new strainer
17007291818995115735182887538102.jpg

As well all seen befor a new trigger wheel.
17007292030872838937334994632990.jpg
I felt best off new one with the build so new wheel and screws.
And last of all is the ARP head stud conversion. I will show pics of the studs when I open the packet in the next couple of weeks.
Again I can't thank PRE enough for their help and advise. I know they will advise cos I am buying products from them. But the boys and girls have gone beyond just your normal help and advise. If you ever need any thing for your vag car just give them a call. They are more helpful and pleasant than the 🦨

Also some more parts to go in to the stash of goodies..
20231202_202522.jpg

High flow oil squirters, also they are designed for the stroker set up so they miss the corroded.
Also a high flow waterpump. With metal blades. The compersite versions can expand and come off the shaft causing lack of water flow.

Now thinking of sending off the hot side housing and a manifold when I find one I want to get zirotec ( think its called that )coated to stop heat from escaping .
What manifolds do people recommend. And not recommend. What horror stories has there been

Zircotec is a good call if funds permit it and seeing as this is a race car it'll be under continuous load so its going to do its job.
Nortech is the way to to go with manifolds and downpipes on G series turbos on these cars, it's what I have on mine as well.

Thumbs up for the ceramic coating the turbo hot side and manufold, I would do it (not got a turbo worth doing it to yet)

From people I know, they say Nortech are the ones to go for (think Badger5 uses them)

I need to look more in to this ceramic coatings. As "zirotech" seam to have just as many really pissed off customers with a poor quality product as they do have happy ... so my look about. They can't be the only company

How can you order the oil pump with that higher flow rate? Does it have a specific number other then the OEM number?

If you contact Pro race engineering. They will be able to sell you one. The one I have has the audi vw markings but no actual part number. They have figured it out and know the flow rates of different OEM pumps.

2, I am also looking for and AGN smooth style rocker cover .

Might be helpful if I can learn how to make a sticky thread to stay at the top then I can add and delete what.I am looking for .
Please message me with any bit you might have .

I think the Admins are the only one's who can make post sticky but you could post your wanted list here but then point to it from this post https://www.seatcupra.net/forums/forums/parts-wanted.350/

I am going to throw some bits up for sale. More than likely on ebay. I will do links to them when I do. For example.. I bought from proreace a high flow oil pump... them on having a tidy up I have a race oil pump from bar-tek. And again... over excited on ebay I bought forge baffled sump... only to find I already have one in the work shop.. so I think a little Christmas sell up stuff I not going to use

Nice build. Ha ha im in the same boat myself. Duplicates of many parts or upgraded things like coilovers only to get another set a couple of track days later better suited. Its a slippery slope especially when alcohol & late night googling is involved

Baffled sump is on my list, but I think goes too expensive to buy it outside of EU
