Whats the piston size on the master cylinder on the 1.8T Cupra?

I think its 23mm! (i think all ABS 1's are) its also a subbie one i've just fitted one to my mk2 golf (if thats what you had in mind) so it should clear the 20v cylinder head no problem

the front of the res rubs slightly on the suspension turret so i ground a couple of mm off to help but it still fits, take it this is for a hydro pedal box etc...

I need a larger servo for my ibiza that has tt 312 brakes on. What would you suggest?

Can't answer that thb (although i heard 312mm were the dogs bits lol)
Just remember it'll not be straight forward swapping it,i had big problems removing the servo,its held in the back of the pedal by a white clip (ball on the end of servo rod,not the same as a golf) i had to break it to get it off and SEAT don't have the part listed so it probably comes as part of the whole pedal ( 1 way fit only for safety i presume)
i could take some pics to show you sometime if you like,just PM me!

You can get the plastic clip, just look up the part number on a MK3 Golf, same clip.

I may well mod the turret a little if needs be as its kinda in a state where it could be done.

But yes i am converting to hydraulic but was also looking for a better clearance as mentioned by yourself. The chap who built the car ground a bit off the original master cylinder which looked awful.

Is it the cylinder body or the reservoir that is the issue?

Just the reservoir! it fits ok but i took a bit off just to be sure (you wouldn't really notice unless you were looking for it)

its 23.8mm 2 ports left hand side its a stubbie master cylinder.. and its from a mk3 ibiza cupra 1.8 20vt 2000 - 2002 not sure what else its on ..
