Well i noticed few weeks ago that my temperature gauge was falling and rising when driving up or down hills *very strange* :think: so did a search on here and ended up changing my temp sensor and while i was there replacing one of the strip lights i have on the front of my car.

hoping this would sort the problem, old one out and the new green on in!! but nooooooo luck sooooooo had a go at changing the thermostat my self in a cold hanger after work..... much better than been outside like the first pic lol

First problem i had and was starting to piss me off was getting this plastic black cover off!! :censored:

As you can see quite a mess i dont think they had ever been out the car from when they were first put in and ever time i tryed to undo them they started to brake up :thumbd:

Also lost quite a lot of coolant from the radiator pipe and when i was swapping over the thermostat its self but had some G12 at the ready!! oh and i snapped my dipstick cover/sleeve *orange bit* very FRAGILE grrrrrr!! part from that when well lol.... :whistle:

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has a fragile dipstick tube! Mine seems to disintegrate by the day!

flip flops over rated i think!! ooooooo-natural the way forward lol

i know the dipsticks get little fragile but did not know just how much!! :-o untill i tryed to move it....:wtf:

What made you change to a Jetex cone from the K&N.? Just for performance or has the K&N seen better days?

:ill: lol me to, just need to change the anti-roll bar bushes when its little warmer outside maybe little cold out just in my shorts again!! lol:shrug:

i have had K&N before and always be a good fliter, but alot of people on here really rate the Jetex and with Bill from Bandger 5 doing a good price wanted to try something new.

Next on the list is new front wishbone/cast arm bushes and anti-roll bar bushes… was looking at powerflex but never going to track my car sooooo will just stick with the standard bushes, all booked in for next week,:)

And just waiting on my jetex induction kit will pop some pictures up when it arrives:whistle:
