Looks a nice piece if kit mate.
It would look nice near the hazard switch area or in the hazard switch place

I do agree, then I have to move the hazard switch if I use that hole.
I had been thinking of having it slightly hidden for added security

What is the cost of one of those?

To be honest I'm not sure of the exact cost as the other half purchased it after over hearing a conversation with my brother about it.
I'd of thought around £40-£50

I know what your saying but that button would be nice on show.
I'd also leave the key start connected as a fail safe. Just solder on to the crank wire.
It's up to you mate I'm sure it'll look great.
Keep us updated.

Well you'd still need to turn the ignition on which would allow the heater plugs to operate.
The button will just take away the cranking part of the key.

You would still have to turn the ignition on so the glow plugs will warm up once the light goes out then push the button. I no maybe defeating the object of the button start when you could just turn the key a bit further.

Yeah hazard switch need for MOT
It might be worth pricing the hazard switch surround from Dave at Seremotors and do a custom fit.
The panel just clips off

Some Honda s2000 style buttons on eBay for £30 plus £4 postage

One possible idea is to build it into the ashtray housing and then can use the lid to cover it up, keeping the hazard light button intact for MOT purposes.

Thats what I may look into in the new year once finding out how the wiring goes

Well I've just fitted the team heko wind deflectors. Didn't take take long at all, the only thing I'm not happy about is the clips, they don't seem to be a very good fit. Anybody else thought this ??

The clips do fit ok if your putting them the right way, 2 per window. Have you pushed them as far as they will go? Put them at front and rear of each window
