Torsion value 1.9 tdi

Hi guys my car recently has been checked on vcds and the torsion value is -4.4kw
Should i actually bother with this and get it fixed to 0 as everyone says 0 is best?
Anyone with experience about this?
What the torsion value effects if i leave it like this
