I am after sports catalyst for my motor
what are my options
just have a sports catalyst fitted instead of a normal cat
or do i need a down pipe
or wont it mater
jatex can make me on for around £269 mark but i need to know the pipe diameter does any one know what it is

Sorry but i don't know the answer to your question.

I will hazard a guess however that if you are looking for a cheap way of doing something then it probably won't. As i keep on finding out!

the downpipe is connected to the cat, i wouldnt seperate them as a performance downpipe will have a larger diameter than the old cat so you will just be paying for a white elephant.
As far as I know most performance downpipes have 100 or 200 cell cats attached.

i phoned jatex up and he said they don't do down pipes they do the 200 cell cat
they can make one with all the flanges and that but need to know the diameter of the pipe
i wonder if this is the best idea or just bite the bullet and pay for a milltik realy looking to go to stage 2 on my revo.
