Headlights

I have the quad or morette or whatever you want to call them headlights on my ibiza.

Well the scrappy I bought my car from are supposed to be getting them for me.

How much would we be looking at for a set of those?? And where's the best place to buy them from.

If you want the morette headlights than I think that there are quite a few people on here that have them and will happily swap them with you in exchange for your standard headlights and grill.

Well thats the thing I don't even know if they are haha.

It's jsut what someone told me a while back. They are the light unit with the 2 lights inside.

I like the quad lamps but they are expensive. I have seen up to £500 for them! Ebay or this forum would be a much cheaper place to source a set.

They have the 2 round bits in the one unit.. hold on I'll try and find them

Looks at the car.. the full beam bit switches the middle lights on

OH, lol. I see what you mean now. Yes, you have a set of GTI headlights. Which use two H1 bulbs rather than one H4 bulb. The bast place to source a set of those it either Ebay (email people that are scrapping Beeza GTI's). Or go to GSF and buy a set. btw thats www.gsfcarparts.com

i NEED to do something to the front end, its just too plain! theres nothing on the market anyway, but iam not keen on the morettes off the car, woundered what they look like fitted.

take the headlights apart and turn them into the old mk2 rally stylee lights
look ace, id try it if i had a spare set

not quite... theres some lights floating around... well pictures, its like 2 spot lights built into a normal headlight, but other than where the spots are the lights are just black.

i had a look on google but couldnt find anything...
ill have another look

they look awesome. if i can get a very cheap set of headlights.... and a very cheap set of spot lights.... then ill try it.
