Just looking for a general opinion on which colour you think the leon fr suits best.

Silver or Platinum Grey. Both look classy and easy to "maintain".

Yellow/Red/Black look fantastic when clean (and not scratched / dinged) but a bugger when not.

IMHO the Mk2 Leon with bodykit looks the mutts nuts in silver. :)

definatly RED.....but as already said you will have to keep it clean!!!!!

Im looking at getting a silver one very soon, i agree with the 'classy' comment.
So would you guys recommend them as good cars then?

silver or grey to go with mirrors but other wise looks stupid in my opinion

I don't know if you are thinking of getting a petrol or TDI, but if it is the TDI FR you are thinking of i can't recomend it enough. great cars. fast and economical all at the same time!!!!

red fades and ends up going whitish
black shows up scratches too much same as blue
silver or white are best colours to have on a car

White, i wish, was contiplating that respray next year with red leather

Silver it is with a nice light smoke tint. Its the diesel im goin for by the way. Just another question while im here. Im planning to get it remapped but what will i have to do to the clutch as ive heard that the clutches go when remapped, and also who would carry out this clutch work?

Any garage should be able to do a clutch. As for them going with a re map it seems to be luck of the draw as to if it slips of not. I'm running 200 ish bhp and so far mines been ok.
