remapping non turbo engines like the 1.6 you have doesnt provide big gains like it does for turbo engines becuase they cant increase the amount of air induction along with the increase in fuel like a turbo one can. Financially its not really worth it.
it was a joke. its like plugging a hair dryer on cold setting into the air intake to get more air induction.
By the time you've messed about with induction kits and dodgy exhausts you'll probably end up with less power than you started with a double the insurance premium. Put your money in the mattress and save up for a faster car if thats what you really want.
yeah i think ill give up on making mine faster and get summat with abit more power next year.

1.6 are sluggish, the weight on them will make no differnt no matter wat u do tha small engine, save up and go for turbo, far better dan 1.6 and 1.8. turbo have more stuff to play around and remap is worth it for them not for non turbos
