Ok i never bought the car to get great MPG but thought i would at least get 25 taking it normal, bit of boost, bit or round town and a bit of motorway, oh no, managed bout 26.8 MPG:wtf: on a 450 mile motorway drive :( (heathrow to leeds to glasgow) going between 80-100 at times but usual bout 70-80 with nota heavy right foot, one of my mates with an S3 with heavy 4wd gets more than this, he says might b MAF or standard DV, any ideas!? looking to get 30mpg on motorway and i'll be happy!:D

You should be getting 30+mpg normally mate. Even with a remap I average about 32mpg over the course of a tank.

ON long motorway journeys (80 - 100), I get about 30mpg.

Don't know about causes though.

Hi mate,

I normally get about 26-28 MPG on normal everyday driving and about 34 MPG on a good motorway run.

In the colder weather i get a bit less - 24-25 MPG ish

I used to get mega mileage when i was mapped by jabbasport. 400+ on a long motorway haul driving 80mph.

I am now mapped by CC and strangely i have dropped about 100miles off a tank:shrug: Now around the 300 marker even driving sensibly:cry:

I do believe jabba maps run quite lean to get their power delivery and CC maps run quite rich so that may be a reason as to why im guzzling a lot more fuel:shrug:

There's definitely a difference though in mileage between my jabba and CC maps:shrug:
