hello everyone! have a problem with uneven pad wear with wilwood calipers! basicly all the pads have plenty of meat left on them bar one (n/s outer pad) that turned to metal on metal at 100+mph while racing a tom mac evo6 and a evo9, there were pleanty of sparks and my mate tought he was goin to die! whats caused this to happen? and how can i stop this from happening?
now i need to replace my pads, what pads do people recomend for a wilwood setup!
many thanks

caliper and disc mounted correctly?

nothing jammed behind the pad?

the pistons returned back into the caliper freely when i removerd the pads. bill can u suggest any pad
compounds that would be best to use?

DS2500's and DS3000's are what used when I ran superlight 4's way back when.

are the pads tight in the caliper sliders?
corrosion can set in ANd some pads from raldes dont fit so well in my experience.. (file req'd)

the brakes had only been on just over a month and there was no corrosion, the pads were snug in the calipers how i would of expected them to be really.
