uprated spark plugs

im think of getting some uprated plugs Denso IK22 Iridium
does any one know if these are any good or has anyone fitted any thanks

Fitted ik22 last week and feel great,apart from changing 3 coil packs afterwards,Hey that's life owning a cupra.

If you are running an IHI Leon what sort of power is it running because this will dictate what temperature grade of plug you should be using.

its at 340 at the min

If I remember correctly for every extra 50bhp over standard it is recommended you run a grade colder plug.
Hopefully somebody else with IHI power will come along and confirm.

Ive upgraded mines to denso also! better accleration and top end. Went up 140 easily would have took it more (Passesnger nearly wet the seat)! (Private road of course)
