Does anybody know the flywheel and wheel dyno results from the Cupra 160Hp TDi model?
How is it compared to the Golf 150hp TDi?

All I know is the 160 pd produces 243lbft as opposed to the 150 pd producing 236lbft this is at the flywheel ofcourse.

the Cupra TDI's that ive seen go on the rollers have produced at least 165bhp which is around 140atw...

and 200bhp with a map

Since the Golf has a different turbo i suppose it's lower...
Can the FR reach 200hp easily? It's much cheaper and easily available as used.

Yup rrd lottery!. You cant get a fr tdi to 200bhp. A remap will take it to around 170 and the you will need a FMIC. If you wanted 200bhp get a cupra tdi, then remap and milltek!

PD 130`s have a KKK turbo which is smaller then the Garrett GT1749V on the PD150/160. KKK turbo will produce about 180ish bhp, GT1749V will produce about 200bhp any more bhp on either turbo is possible but will start to seriously lower the life of the turbo.

to get an tdi 130 to 200 bhp will need more than just a remap, clutch and fmic.

You'll need to upgrade the turbo to see 200 horsies

With the standard turbo, fmic, clutch and a custom map you would be looking at 185+ bhp

In all honesty I think you'll be pushing the 150 turbo with 200bhp - I can see meltdown very quickly.
