Hmmmmmm I want i want i want i want!

How easy were they to fit? Do they require a new harness being wired in or will the ballasts run using the original wires and fuses without setting fire to my car?

Cheers.

The wiring takes about 10 mins to do. It comes with all the harnesses, and its basically a plug and play jobbie. No soldering required. THE hardest part is deciding where to install the balast, lol.

I've been running them on my car for about 8 months and had no probs yet. The only problem I had was for the first 2 weeks the HIDs used to reset my cluster clocks and trip computer, but that randomly stopped after 2 weeks.

Czechboy, thanks very much for that.

The reason I asked about the light is I have a short temper for these things and an un-nerving talent for breaking stuff. Hence the Haynes question, if that can tell me some simple answer I'm likely to have overlooked, then it's worth it!!

I've spent the last 4 years tinkering with BMW's, Seats are a whole neew ball game!!

If you Really want to get stuck in, once you've taken the head light out carry on going! Undo the bolts on top and underneath. Take the bumper off, drop the valance and cross beam and then stand back and experience the shear convenience of German design :)

I've done that before
