TDi Sport 140 Clutch

Took my 16,000 06 TDi Sport into the dealer today for them to have a look at the juddering clutch. The girl on the service reception told me they had already ordered a new clutch and flywheel for it and they haven't even looked at it yet! Known issue?

Your lucky to get a dealer to replace a full clutch mate as most will say it`s a ware and tear item same as tires. Clutches on the VAG diesel cars are weak and if you have a juddering clutch your DMF will be damaged which cannot be blaimed on you.

They changed the clutch and flywheel under warranty, I've only had the car 18 months. Why is a dual mass flywheel different from a normal one?
