4 bar fpr

Ok im a bit confused

I thought all cupra r had 3 bar fpr but i have been told that the later cupra r have 4 bar fpr.

Is this true?

no 4bar an uprated part for bigger turbo but i belive some revo stage 2 guys use them

Yup, some cars have them as part of a map, no use unless the cars mapped for it!

my LCR went on the rollers today and i was told that it was running lean when on boost. mind you, the operators didn't seem to know their arse from their elbow. to say my figures were a disappointment would be an understatement, 218.5 bhp on a mapped LCR........................ yeah right! maybe a 4 bar would help on mine?

Maybe guys rolling it that know what there doing would help too!If you stick a 4bar FPR you'll need it mapped acordingly!

stage 2 revo requires a 4 bar fpr. unmapped car or stage one revo does not need a 4bar fpr.

karlos i think if you did it would run lean is all without proper mapping to put that into the equation but also if your car needs that kind of pressure

Im Planning on having stage 2 CC put on my car would i best putting a 4 Bar fpr on my car b4 i map it or more ? thank for any advice

I got 217.7bhp on a rolling road today. Standard car with 4 bar FPR, k&n panel filter and Samco induction hose.

Remapped later and will put it back on the rolling road next week as there were other cars on it and I didnt have time to hang about.

What kind of car? LC? LCR? or as your Profile says R32?

where can you buy 4bar fpr? or are they not gona be much cheaper than revo do them when your there? I might go treat my baby to stage 2 in a couple of weeks- hopefully it may put a spark back into our relationship if not im going to get rid of her for something faster.
